 Hi guys welcome back  Today I’m gonna show you some fall Healthy snacks ideas, they are perfect for a post workout snack because they have protein and vitamins that are gonna go direct to your muscles.  The firts idea is some pumpkin cereals with some greek yougurt, the benefits of the cereals is that they have a lot of vitamins and they full you a lot, and the benefist from the greek yougurt are: they have a lot of protein, taste amazing and help you not to flare up.  The second idea is pumpkin granola it is make with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and hole grain oats. Is really easy and delicious. The benefit of oats is the fact that they help you to loose weigth, and pumpkin benefits are: the vitamins, the antioxidants and the way if helps you with your inmune system  The last snack is a pumpkin spiced almond, almonds have a lot of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and good fat

Cali Fuller Fit workouts they are so good and intense, she has some workouts for arms, abs, glutes, legs work outs, this are a few of the one she has They are so incredible I been doing them for more than 6 months and It’s been the best time of my life. If you wonder I have done the public workouts that are in her Instagram (califullerfit) But she also has some “pay monthly” home and gym based work outs with recipies and different work outs true the week and just “pay only once” plan with also tips. hi guys welcome back! today I'm gonna give you a delicious granola recipe, it is healthy and with just a few ingridients. so you are gonna need: 2 cups of  hole grain oats 2 spoons of olive oil 2 spoons of maple syrup you are going to mix all of the ingridients starting by the oats and the oil, then you'll put the maple syrup, then put it on a pan and toast it 10 minuts. Enjoy it.

Hi g uys welcome back! taday I am going to talk about ways to work out, it sounds strange but there are many of them, for example my favorite way is searching o n intagram specially Cali fuller fit is the one  that helps me the most,  what I like of her inst agram is the feed because is so cute and that help me to stay motivated , but there are other op t ions such as videos, apps or plans. I like more searching o n instagram because I feel like they post more frecuently and I like that but also the other ways have sucha good stuff , in the videos specially if you are principiant  will help you because you are doing the workout with the trainer the same time and c hloe ting have a lot of good workout videos . O n the app they guide you more but what I dont like of this is that when you finish the month or the time the app last you me by confused ab out what you do after , the plans  are one of  the most help ful because it gives you a meal plan...
