Today I’m gonna show you some fall Healthy snacks ideas, they are perfect for a post workout snack because they have protein and vitamins that are gonna go direct to your muscles. 


The firts idea is some pumpkin cereals with some greek yougurt, the benefits of the cereals is that they have a lot of vitamins and they full you a lot, and the benefist from the greek yougurt are: they have a lot of protein, taste amazing and help you not to flare up. 


The second idea is pumpkin granola it is make with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and hole grain oats. Is really easy and delicious. The benefit of oats is the fact that they help you to loose weigth, and pumpkin benefits are: the vitamins, the antioxidants and the way if helps you with your inmune system 


The last snack is a pumpkin spiced almond, almonds have a lot of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and good fat
