Hi guys welcome back! taday I am going to talk about ways to work out, it sounds strange but there are many of them, for example my favorite way is searching on intagram specially Cali fuller fit is the one  that helps me the most, what I like of her instagram is the feed because is so cute and that help me to stay motivated, but there are other options such as videos, apps or plans.
I like more searching on instagram because I feel like they post more frecuently and I like that but also the other ways have sucha good stuff, in the videos specially if you are principiant  will help you because you are doing the workout with the trainer the same time and chloe ting have a lot of good workout videos. On the app they guide you more but what I dont like of this is that when you finish the month or the time the app last you me by confused about what you do after, the plans  are one of  the most help ful because it gives you a meal plan and you can be in contanct with the trainer and you have acess to a private intagram or facebook also my favorite plans are from Cali fuller fit and she have monthly plan and plans that are just one purchase, I bougth the everyday ab plan and it is great but mostly for principiants, and the nutricional tips she gave you there are actually really helpfull.
If you have try this ways to work out but you dont like them dont worry there are a lot of diferent ways just search for it. Also its okey if you get borred of the way you are working out is normal just search for an other one.
